1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During high‑demand periods (TCG release days, restocks, or special drops), processing may take slightly longer. If any delay occurs, you’ll receive an update by email.

2. UK Shipping (Flat Rate via Royal Mail)

All orders are shipped exclusively through Royal Mail.

Flat‑Rate Shipping: Every UK order ships at a simple flat rate, displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping Over £25: Orders over £25 qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping. This upgrade is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery estimates:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 - 4 business days

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 - 2 business days

3. Pre‑Orders

Pre‑order items ship on or shortly after the official release date. If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, it will ship together once all items are available.

4. Packaging & Protection

Collector condition matters. All TCG sealed products, figures, and licensed merchandise are packed securely using protective materials to minimise transit damage.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or appears lost, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work directly with Royal Mail to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded until the parcel is returned.
